Please Clean your items prior to shipping.
DO NOT apply any waterproofing or conditioner prior to shipping footwear.
Please remove footbeds and shoe laces before shipping and let us know if you would like them replaced. If you want them replaced please leave the old laces/footbeds with the boots so we can replace them with similar products.
New Footbeds $12.00 per pair
New Laces $3.00 per pair, $4.00 for La Sportiva Laces

Return Shipping:
The return shipping prices below are only estimates. Actual shipping costs may be slightly higher or lower. Delivery Confirmation is included with return shipping. If you want Insurance, please make a note above (including amount you want item insured for), and we will charge you for those additional insurance/ shipping costs. Once your repairs are finished, we will return them via US Postal Service Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days. If you want to have them returned via UPS or Fed Ex, send a prepaid UPS of Fed Ex form with your order.
