Big Changes at Mountain Soles!!
Beginning November 26th, Mountain Soles customers will no longer be able to drop repairs at our storefront. We are moving our operations to a non-retail location in the next few weeks. We will continue to pick-up and drop-off repairs every Monday at several local stores, as we have been for many years. Customers can also utilize our Mail Order Form and ship items directly to us.
The other change to our services is that we will no longer be resoling footwear or build-up’s (except resoles on some Patagonia Footwear)—we will continue to offer some basic shoe repairs (stitching & hardware etc.), as well as our full service sewing, dry suit, and snowshoe repair services.
Mountain Soles operated from 1979-2003 relying only on mail order and drop-off locations in the Portland Metro area. We are confident that we can return to that way of doing business, and continue to offer the same high quality repairs that you have come to expect from us.
