Drop Off Locations
A few things to know:
Customers that drop items off at our shop are given a date when their items will be done. This due date is shown on one side of their claim ticket. We do not typically call customers when their items are done.
We also pick up repairs at the Tigard REI, Pearl District REI, and Portland Patagonia stores on Monday. Turn around is usually 1-2 weeks.
Regardless of how you get your items to us, they MUST be clean, otherwise we will likely reject them and ask you to clean them first.

Mountain Soles Other locations to drop items off at: Patagonia Portland REI Portland *Effective 9/1/2005- all items dropped at this location will be charged an additional $2.00 for pick up/ delivery. REI Tualatin *Effective 9/1/2005- all items dropped at this location will be charged an additional $2.00 for pick up/ delivery. REI Hillsboro *This store ships all repairs to Mountain Soles. You may have to pay REI for shipping costs. REI Bend *This store ships all repairs to Mountain Soles. You may have to pay REI for shipping costs. |
