Before Shipping

Please Clean your items prior to shipping.

DO NOT apply any waterproofing or conditioner prior to shipping footwear.

Please remove footbeds and shoe laces before shipping and let us know if you would like them replaced. If you want them replaced please leave the old laces/footbeds with the boots so we can replace them with similar products (we do not have footbeds or laces for any Patagonia Footwear).

Once your repairs are finished, we will return them via US Postal Service Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days. If you want to have them returned via UPS or Fed Ex, send a prepaid UPS of Fed Ex form with your order.
